Default Chassis bend

Hi all,

Another great days racing, am new to this type of racing but i must say i absolutely love it ! having come from largescale i love the reliability of the cars and it is all down to pure driving skill.

However i put a brand new aluminium centro 4.1 chassis on for this meet today and already the front has bent very slightly, i am running the carbon strengtheners, what does everyone run chassis wise ? is there a way of overcoming this very annoying problem ?

thanks

Luke

My honest opinion it's not a major issue for the car and needs checking now and again. By hand straightening will tend to put it back. Other option is a rude bits carbon chassis,

Glad you enjoyed the track and racing

Thanks Steve

Theres a chap this side of the North Sea making a cnced chassis in a higher grade of alloy, think it's +12 as well.
I can find out details if anyone is interested.
