Default High voltage servos-explain?

Hello

Looking to get a new servo a few of them mention HV what does this mean?im going to be using lipo 2s 7.2v in a sc truck.would a HV one be suitable or when would you use one?

High voltage compatible with lipo receiver packs I use them in my 1/8 cars faster and more*torque xpert servos offer similar performance at 6v
