this is the setup for the lwb shark as written by one of the fastest guys at our track and he is always 1st or 2nd in the A finals

Well I run a standard motor with the gearing 13/45
As for tyres I use Gecko's 37 shore front and 32 shore rear.
As for set up the standard shocks are okay with a few mods. I use a foam spacer under the diaphragm and a shim under the e clip to remove any slop from the piston to shaft, as for oils I run 3000wt up front 1000wt in the rear. With this heavy oil I would suggest a larger hole in the piston to avoid packing of the shock oil " 1mm or 1.2mm should be okay to start with", also in the front shocks I run a couple of rubber o rings to reduce to up travel of the front suspension. Springs to use are green allround be careful with these as I have found major differences in the lengths of them so get the best matched pairs you can, any slight difference can always be ground down on the flat ends to get them as close as possible. As to shock towers the only ones to try are the Frogger ones they make the car much more stable over the jumps due to bringing the shocks further out and straighter, mount the top shock mount on the outer top holes on both f/r and outer hole on the wishbones f/r. Then add spacers to rear shocks so the car sits slightly higher on the back.
Roll bars I run green both front and rear they are the thickest (yellow is medium and white the thinnest).
Extra's I have done are a Kimborough servo saver with the pillow ball mounted on the inner hole and a Phat bodies lexan rear wing gives much more down force over the standard kit item.
Remember balance is the key to the perfect set up, my set up might not suit you, but it'll be a starting place of which to get your perfect set up.

obviously your motor may be different but most use 49 spur with 13 or 14 pinion, which is great for a small size hall with lots of turns and not many straights as you will need more acceleration out of the corners than top end because of the lack of a big straight

You may find Schumacher rally blocks better than foams, if full carpet use yellows if carpet and wooden flooring use whites so you get more grip on the wooden flooring,

Although,

In the current winter series I'm competing in at the moment that is fully carpeted with a few jumps I'm still running foams and my lwb shark instead of my mini 8ight.
