speed passion motor problem ?

my motor seem having problem. was tested on 2 HW ESC, same problem. I have 2 sp motor of same 7.5R turn.

the motor wont turn unless i rotate the shaft.
I have got spare sp motor. so i swapped sensor board in both motors. one that does spin doesnt turn with new board. tried the old board in motor that work, it worked.

can it be motor side "armature" that are fault ? also if i removed sensor cable, the motor turned to hammer. clunk clunk clunk, not spinning.

time to bin it or can it be repaired?

Sounds like a burnt out phase on the motor as you say it's repeatable across speedos. Don't keep testing it incase it takes a speedo with it!
