Default Vega RB5 Gen1 or Gen2

Hey Guys,

The question is, Whats better, Gen1 or Gen2
I run a RB5 Version, Being a car Whore I have both...

Although I'm not sure what the benefits of each are...

Could someone explain.

I've had both, i found that the short ver1 is more lively and turns up it's own arse, and at speed down a washboard style straight (on grass) it was very unstable. The opposite is true of the longer ver2 chassis. Conclusion, indoor, high grip, tight use ver1 and outside go for the long ver2. Both are stunning cars just choose your weapon to suit your most raced on track.

hi just got rb5 vega gen 1,any outdoor astroturf set ups?

This is spot on. Ver 2 was easier to drive at the expense of a little low speed steering.

Put the narrow FF block on so you have 4deg toe and run the rest as you got it, also Green losi front springs and yellow rear, Block one hole in the BB pistons all round, 35/30wt F/R. 100g under the lipo and go race.
