hi there thanks for the ripply im a bit confused as it says they are 3 hole and i am pritty shore they are 4 hole in the losi 22

That chart is for the older type Losi smaller bore shocks,

22 piston holes are same size as those but overall area is multiplied by 4 holes rather than 3
