Default Spur gear

Evening

Just bought a b44.1 and a retention pro with 7.5t motor.

What is the best spur gear for indoors and outdoors

Any clues. New to this.

I assumed the gea would come with motor?

Cheers

Id get pinions ranging from 17 teeth upto around 23 teeth.

I run a 6.5t in mine and the smallest I use is a 16, largest ive used is a 23, but was prolly too long gearing to be honest.

I assume I mean pinion. The cog at the end of the motor.

I will look at something about 19 or 20 to start with and go from there.

Is the smaller quicker acceleration like on a bike. Easier to drive but less top speed?

Thanks
