Hi All,

Coming back to 1/10 leccy after years away.

I have got myself a 'Harrys' transponder BUT which plug on the receiver does it connect to?

Just any spare slot, if you only have 2 slots then either get another receiver or you might be able to get a Y splitter lead and connect your Speedo and transponder to the 2 females and plug the male into the esc socket on receiver,

Although get a second opinion from someone else on oople too just in case

Thanks for replying.

It's a Futaba (Fasst 2.4ghz ) R603FF receiver.
Slot 3, B/C and a slot marked RS232C are all free.
Which one is recommended for the transponder?

Thanks again!

Martin

I think any of them should work as the PT just needs power, bung it in slot 3

Socket 3 or BC. BC is your only option if you need the 3rd channel - which is not usual for 1/10 off road. So whichever of those two looks the neatest for your wiring. Channel 1 is Steering / Servo, Channel 2 is for your ESC. RS232C is not powered.

should work fine in any slot as they all have a positive and negative feed, if you plug it the wrong way around nothing will happen,as you will be in signal rather than negative. just as long as the esc is plugged in so the rx has power

EDIT shows what I know about futaba recivers would seem from the above post one slot is unpowered
