Default What do I need to convert a 22 to a 22T?

As per title, what bits would I need to convert my 22 to a truck? Would I get away with just arms, drive shafts, axles and wheels. Or would anyone like a swap for a 22T.

I think the chassis is longer too, plus you'd need body posts, shock towers and probably longer front shocks to complete a full conversion.
Probably better off selling your 22 and buying a 22T unless you can get the parts cheaply

22T has longer rear shocks too, very much doubt you would be able to use buggy rears... the front 22T shocks are pretty much same length as buggy rears.

as already listed plus turnbuckles, front axles + hexes, rear hexes, body, then wheels and tyres... 30 deg front pivot block is needed really too.

You could get away with using 22 Chassis as the length is 4mm difference if i remember correctly... 22T has different bodies for mid/rear motor (you get 2 in kit) so you would just have to open holes a little depending which config you chose.

It will cost you a lot more than buying a 22T to convert a buggy, have seen the trucks at £175 which is bargain considering the spec, 2 bodies included, 2 sets of rims and extra springs etc for tuning.

Cheers Frecklychimp, I have a 22 sitting in the cupboard doing nothing and wondered if it would be easy enough to convert to a truck. I'll probably put it up for sale or swap instead though. Thanks.

The wheels are different as well as the hubs etc. I love mine but not really run it properly as yet. You d prob be better of picking one up second hand and selling your 22 as they come up on here and eBay occasionally
