Default B44.1 steering help

Hi guys, took part in my 1st 4WD meeting yesterday with my B44.1 and although i finished 2nd in leg 2 of the A Final, i felt really restricted by my steering.

In a nutshell i needed more steering and had quite a bit of on-power understeer.

Track: Carpet, tight and twisty, can post a pic if required.

Setup:

- Worn schumacher yellow minipins front and rear.
- What i believe to be Kyosho silvers on the front and either associated or Kyosho black springs on the back.
- Couldn't tell you what weight of shock oil was in the shocks.

Anything else you want to know about setup, let me know and i can have a look or post pics of the car.

The car is setup how it was when Gaz Stanton had the car, my friend bought it off him, and then i bought it off my mate.

Apart from the steering the car was handling the jumps well and was really nice to drive so any help would be very much appreciated, i'm completely new to buggies so this is a learning curve for me.

If i harden the rear springs will it shift some of the weight to the front and provide more steering?

Thanks guys.
