Default Fitting Titanium Shock Mounts TD330032 to Bigbores

I want to fit the TD330032 Shock mounts to the V3s Bigbores with standard shock towers, I notice that this part is listed as an option on the Durango website. I removed the long screw and plastic mount from the V3 kit shocks, but the TD330032 parts appears to be too long even with a M3 nut on either side tightened up, am I doing something wrong ?

have you added the ball into the top of the shock?

D-type I believe - TD330036

don't worry - I won't tell anybody

actually - it tells you on the TD website (your link) that you need em.

Makes it an expensive option all of a sudden !

Just thought I'd point out that they are steel not titanium.

and crab sticks are not actually made from crab. Since 1986 manufacturers have been legally obliged to label them "crab flavoured sticks".

cheaper way is to use nitro fuel line instead and works perfect and gives a bit more protection to the top of the shock mounting location
