Default Alloy Bulkheads/Shock Tower Mount For B44

Hey there people,

Has anybody out there replaced their plastic front and rear bulkheads with aluminium ones??? I understand that you would be adding some weight but would they be a good idea in order to add a some strength??? I'm not sure hence why I'm asking you lot.

Also is there any point of the aluminium rear shock tower mount that Associated have released??? I know that the Tamiya 501x has one.

What people think???

Roll on Thursday!!!

Andy

I've been running the Hot Racing alloy front/rear bulkheads on my S44. Lighter than the plastic versions. I Had a big smash on the front of the car yesterday at Eden Park and Only broke a wishbone.
