Do you think it will come a new 4wd soon or will Yokomo keep the B-max4 going for a long time?
It is 5 ears and maybe it's time to do some changes...? I see that it's a big difference from the first ver. to the latest spec, but it was orginally (my upinion) made for the big market as it was full of plastic-not a pro-race car. Is it good enought to handle the new cars as K1 and Xb4? Some thoughts? Arne :-)

It may not look as nice as its various carbon fibre predecessors (still in love with the Works '91... ![]() The other day, I posted some kind of wishlist for the car's next incarnation/successor on rctech, but except for gear diffs, everything I mentioned are minor tweaks: -gear diffs -lower front shock tower (even if it means new front arms) -tougher front arms -wing mount compatible with B-Max2 wings (allows to use scooped JC or LMR wings) The CF plate mentioned in the Langenfeld report could be a way to change chassis stiffness while using the same chassis. |

Nothing wrong with the B-max4. Doesn't have to be carbon-fibre to e competitive. Kyosho Lazer is all plastic and that's very competitive.
I hope they don't change it too soon, I've just bought a new one! ![]() Dave

I'm hoping the weather gives us a few good days of racing this year. My local club has 1/10 off road during the summer and I need to chose a car to run.
I have actually got at home in their boxes a Bmax4 WE, SX3, DEX410 and a B44.1. Don't know why just bought them whilst they were on special. I was going to go with the B44.1 as it seems the easier to gets parts for with the Bmax4 being (or seemingly to be) the one hardest to get parts for. I do like the Bmax but I don't want to get stuck for parts. |

I wouldn't put it past them to bring out a new version of the Bmax this year maybe with geardiff option parts. They really are keen to get back into a prominent position in 10th off road in Europe and the USA.
