They all look like sound choices. You'll no doubt get some responses where people recommend whatever they run bla bla bla. I would just get something that other people at your club use and is well supported for parts and set ups.
Generally, 6.5's are the most popular motor for 4wd. Whether this is suitable or not would depend on your ability really. Can't comment on that track for tyres, but you won't be too far wrong with Schumacher yellow mini spikes and/or BB greens.

Car excellent (don't have one but seem well liked where I race), servo excellent (I have two), ESC excellent (I really like Hobbywing).
A 6.5 is great if you know what you are doing (sounds like you do from the 1/8th side) but if you are learning I would use an 10.5 or 8.5 depending on experience. I use LRP X12 8.5 which is great with my Hobbywing xtreme stock in my B44.1 I race astro outside and use Ballistic Buggy mini spike Pinks in the cold and wet and move to Ballistic Buggy greens in the dry. My son uses Schumacher mini spike Silvers in the wet (more grip than BB Pink but wear out quicker) and Schuy yellows as it dries. |

Don't know for certain but I would say yes it will if you have the LCD version.
Hobbywing seem to have 2 main cards, an LED cheaper and simpler version which I believe is just for version 2 firmware ![]() and a more flexible LCD version. ![]() The LCD version can be upgraded and can run the v3 software. |

Great thanks for replay mate, Ive got two of lcd ones so will just upgrade one of them for 1/10.
Got another question ![]() Is that motor will be allright ? http://www.rcmart.com/speed-passion-...3-p-30959.html or maybe that one http://www.rcmart.com/hobbywing-xeru...cPath=1560_946 Plus what size pinions I should get to go with 6.5 motor for dex410? and is it 48p ? Im just about to place order, want to double check if Im buying right stuff ![]() Thanks |

The SP motors are good, but the general rule of thumb is they're one wind slower than most other makes. So if you want a '6.5', then get an SP 5.5.
The Durango is 48dp. From memory you'll want something like 18-22 pinions. Worth checking some setups to make sure.
