Default Alloy machinist required

Guys,

I am after somone who is able to make several items out of alloy, y copying a new plastic part from a kit. The kit never had alloy options made for it so if any one knows any specialist that can do it let me know.

be prepared to pay a large amount if you just want a one off part, depending on the complexity.

Give Russ here a try, ive used him for alloy model parts for stop motion armatures and his work is mindblowing........and yes, protos cost way, better to get multiples made.
Hie shop uses laser cutting and CAD programs i believe and the choice of media is yours!

Hey Welshy, I do many one-offs for mine and other peoples cars especially the older stuff. If you have a autocad drawing or even an idea of what you want to do i can help you out. I have a couple cnc machines at my disposal and am always looking for ideas to mass produce something cool. But if you just want to do one or two pieces we can work something out. my e-mail is [email protected] hope to talk to you soon.

I have some 6061 or even some 7075 aluminum for the bulkhead. I don't have any carbon fiber sheets. would have to buy. It looks like no problem otherwise. i would need some critical dimensions sent to me and then a confirmation on my drawings to prove it out before i fire up the machines. If i feel this is something popular i could sell in bulk, ill do it for [email protected]

i reckon you would sell loads
its the only week part the cars now xx4/x5
and the one that always breaks first
at the right price i would take 5 of ya for me and the people i race with
and 2 towers for each do you have a front xx4 tower to clock the angles and if you want the solid works drawings i did as a starting point and i do say starting point loosely
send me a message on msn or i can email em to you

hi guys, I run a xx4 and would be interested in this part. I have designed and manufactured a couple of parts for my xx4 already but nothing that complicated. Here is the back end of my losi. it weighs in 3 grams lighter and makes things much easier to work on the back end. For a start the rear toe in can be adjusted without taking the shock tower etc off.

neil...
