Post Rear Shocks SX3

Guys,
I am building up my rear shocks for my nice new shinny SX3, and they have 6 hole pistons in the kit. Are these ok for running at Worksop? if so what weight oil?

Yeah, 40 in front 30 in rear, i will set it up with new oils b4 i hand it over.

Talking set up

Cheers for the set up info, but what is the AE equivilant oil to core 400?

Have had a look and think either AE 35 or 37.5?

any help is great
