How do you do yours? I have arthritic hands and trying to screw new ball cups on shock ends or tie rods kills my hands. Are there any tools or tricks of the trade I am not aware of?

This could help, my one came with a little plastic part that the ball cups can fit in, Hpi/Losi fit in it ok and help to grip the ball cups, not sure on other makes. A bit of grease on the threaded part will help too.

Cheers guys, I may have one of those x wrenches. It's for Schumacher cups though which are a funny shape!

I always put a drop of grease on the end of the turnbuckle when screwing it in for the first time. Even on the stupidly hard Losi ball cups I have used this made it a lot easier.
Also make adjusting them a bit easier too.
