Servo arm

Can anyone provide a link to buy a new servo arm - mine has cracked as it looks like it was originally longer and has been cut down making it weaker - I guess it's got to be the correct length.

Also is the arm supposed to go in front of the steering link so the ball and cup of the link sit between the arm and the servo? Mine fouls the arm/link near full lock, it would seem more logical to reverse the arm and have the ball and cup on the other side of the arm but maybe it doesn't fit like that?
