Best Stadium truck tyres for Polish/Carpet

Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions on what tyres to use for carpet/polish have been using stagger ribs up front which are fine, step pins on the rear which are fine on carpet but a hell of a lot less grippy on the polish. I am going to get some schumacher vee2 or vee 4 for the rear are there any other options you can think of?
