Default Sunday the 7th- Bit of practice

Hi all,

Just a quick note to say that Shaun and I (well as long as he get permission from the boss ) will be heading down to the track for a bit of practice first thing on Saunday morning. It will be quite an early one as he has to go home so I think we will aim to be there for 9:30.

Would be cool if anyone else fancied a wizz around too.

No go for it mate, nothing a couple of tubes of deep heat won't sort, and a pack of painkillers...few hot baths, and within the week should be walking close to normal again!

40 not bad, thought you were older

i currently feel older...

Took the bike ride option, 60.28 miles in 3:39:15 according to my cycle computer. No Deep Heat or painkillers needed, might be a day or so before my buttocks feel normal again though, they feel 'hot'

Hope anybody who makes it to the track 2moro have a good time, weather looking very nice anyway. Roll on 14th.
