I would get the biggest pinion gear you can find, boost your speedo up to the max and you are ready to go!!!!

What car is it going in? What size is the track?

Ask a stupid question and you get a answer from a amadán

oups, its for 2WD offroad in general.

I would be happy with a rough starting point for the ratio. I havent found a good value jet and I miss power everywhere, the fine tuning is not the problem than.
Any values for boost ? (Hobbywing)

When it comes to my 2wd I set my speedo with full turbo, max punch and I use a ratio of around 4.6

Start around 23 - 24t
Use stock firmware and start with boost around 20 turbo around 10.
Do a couple of minutes on track, temp the motor and adjust settings accordingly.
