it can tom but only a couple of bits swap over as nearly everything on the x11 is different due to the new chassis and wishbone mounts which makes it not worth the expense so either upgrade the xrs with the x brace for the front and put x10 plastics on it or just spend the extra pennies and get a x11 then all the new developments and setups will swap straight over for you

out of choice just get the x11. i know im biased as i drive the car for xtreme but setup wise and with all the new bits coming along i will be able to help fully with any questions you will have with the car so it will be a far better buy in the long run

It also depends what level you race at, an XRS/X10 is fine for club racing.

Tom,

The XRS will be a very capable car at that level, however I'd suggest the following upgrades - if it doesn't have them already:

X-Brace and gearbox top - stops the plastic gearbox tops breaking in an impact

Aliminium rockers - the plastic ones can break

Maybe aluminum steering arms - but only if you break one - Preds ran for years on the original plastic ones.

Maybe a 1 way prop.

That's about all you'll need to have a very good car.

Just brought myself a second hand x10 which should be with me by next week?
What kind of upgrades can I do to the car?

you can put on the new front x-brace conversion and the new big bore shocks that were just released.. also the x11 spur gear.
