Is there a new range of motors and speedos coming out. I'm looking at getting an Rx8 como with a 1900 motor for my 1/8 and RCDisco haven't had them in stock for ages. If you look on the website theres loads on back order and have been for ages

The UK has rubbish stock of Tekin 8th scale stuff, it been like this for a rather long time !.

I ordered my rx8 and 2250kv Tekin truggy motor and esc from A main hobbies 2
weeks ago,arrived in 5 days!

I think you'll find the new range is for 1/10th, the Gen2 motors are just about to be released whilst the RSx esc is still being tested. Not sure how you can get the combo though, have you tried contacting RC Disco for an answer? It is in stock in the states so may be RC Disco just haven't ordered yet, not a very good situation though.

I'm not keen on ordering from the states for expensive stuff like this, would prefer to support my local shop, but if needs must.

There is new Gen2 10th motors due for release and a new esc for 10th in testing, but not due release for a good while.

Thew range is indeed for the 10th stuff, and the motors do look nice

You will be fine buying the current 8th speedo's and motors as they wont be changing yet

Yeah, 8th stuff is fine and winning big events and i haven't heard of any hardware updates in the pipeline.
