Default newbie

hi i am looking into getting a b44.1 and was wondering what runing gear would be best got around 150-200 bucks??

also will my spectrum reciever,servo and transmiter be ok to run what i use with my 1/8 nitro this is another complete learning curve as i have only realy been racing a year started very late motocross was my life for 20 odd years

thanks mate thats abit of a saving what motor speed controllers are worth looking at and batterys there is that many diffrent variations and dont realy know what means what

i would say a hpi flux 6.5turn motor for £55 and speedpassion gt2.0 are good speedos and only around £120 i think now
you might have have a job try to get esc, motor and battrys for £200

i can spend more that was just a rough price if you going to do it may aswell do things right first time how i look at things id rather wait a month and have more than not do it right

ok if you have more i would suggest a hpi flux pro/hobbywing v3 speedo
hpi flux Motor and some thunder power lipos .

hi cheers another question if you dont mind what is the diffrence in motors 7t 8.5t etc and whats best for a b44.1

the lower the turn the faster the motor for a 4wd you want a 6.5 - 5.5 depends on the size of the track so a smaller track a slower motor would be better .
