I think Frodsham run on Thursday, Ellesmere Port on Friday and Crewe also on a Friday.

There is also Wirral club in Neston civic hall, @7.30pm on Tuesdays, which is pretty good also.

I can deffo recomend crewe on a friday, good mix of supastox,mardave fast heats. Well run club too !
