Default b44 race weight

i have read on the set ups pages and for my type of track the drivers have there cars setup to approc 1650g. When i have weighed mine its 1850g. Before i bought it there is 85g in between the lipos, some say to add 60 in there.my lipos each weigh 125 without wires.also fitted are brass lipo straps. all the rest is basically stock items. so i ask how can i get my weight down.
The main reason i ask i that it nose dives.do i remove the rear weights as is it like throwing a dart backwards.i.e the back wants to overtake the front?
i have the rest setup as per drivers pages.
