Default New Receiver Ariel

Hey Guys,

A few of my receiver ariels are looking a little tatty,
My main problem is, I've snapped one. How can I go about sorting it?

Can I buy the coax type wire to replace them?

(2.4ghz by the way)

Dead easy if you got a new bit or wire , a soldering iron and solder.
Just separate the two halves of the receiver and find where the old wire is fitted to the board. The de-solder the bit thats left and solder on the new wire. Re-assemble the reciever and jobs a good un. Oh and dont forget to unplug the soldering iron.

None of my 2.4`spektrums have them, they have just a thin bit of wire same as every other reciever i`ve seen and have had. They must be a special type then thats not used much.

have a look in more detail,

All 2.4ghz systems use a coax wire, Basically like what you use for TV's.
Its a twin core, So two wires basically.

Its was easy on the old 24mhz ones, That was just one wire.

Its the coax wire im having issues with.

Are you sure, my Sanwa uses a wire type, not coax type wire.
