I'm sure that was just a typo, rather than Jimmy actually believing he was in a part of France... I mean come on, German sounds NOTHING LIKE French (naturally, French is prettier *runs and hides*)
He was probably just confusing this year and last year, he doesn't know where he is half the time anyway... poor guy!
