You dont need to fully submergevthem, i use about a litre in a tub to remove the tyre/glue, then have another pot of clean stuff to drop the wheels in, over time it will turn yellow, the second pot lets the wheels get cleaner, then when pot 1 is really yellow and slow, put pot 2 into pot 1 and have another fresh pot 2
