11/32 hex driver is right - yes it's the same size as the original SC10 but once you convert the front over you need bigger wheel nuts.
If you buy those stub axles you need the steering arms as well as they won't fit the original SC10 ones.

I need to buy whatever I get from the UK, ideally... Don't want long waiting times and customs/handling fees to pay if I can avoid it.
Which are the correct hexes for what I've got?
I ordered all of the above anyway lol, don't really matter about the hexes as they were cheap so they can go in the spares box.
