As requested, here are some pictures of my fully restored back to new runner.
Fitted are some nice blues bits as I was lucky to find some new parts I required.
I have fitted a B2 body, as I prefer the shape to the B3 body. I have painted the B2 body as I painted it back in the late 90s and was my design back then....
I ran it at Coventry Astro track yesterday. Early on I had some electrical problems, some of it me forgetting to calibrate after binding
, then found the aerial was causing me to go out of range on certain parts of the track. Moving the aerial off the graphite chassis took care of this and I managed a couple of runs.
I'm hopefully going back this coming weekend to test again and try different tyres and get a set up for it. Its not too far off and have made some minor changes from the runs I managed to do with time.........
