Dan, yes i can do that a gb without the roller. I will create another version but i will also offer the "original" version (with roller). I will upload on shapeways by sunday.
Ok, now im confused. Standard gearbox has four holes and as we know someone has strengthend the gearbox by adding a brace on either side and is fitted via the back via the top deck screws and also attaches to the top gearbox holes which gives much more strength so would guess your design is doing just that but is all amalgamated into the mold. Really nice design.
