Depends on the storm truck edition. If its the club 10 storm then yes this was the design that allowed for truck and buggy just by changing wheels and the removal of the body mounts. Then just the wheels and body of the buggy.
Value is really what you each agree on, without seeing it and knowing the edition its hard to say.
