I've measured the 12mm hex wheels I use/have which are follows:

Rears (mm):

Kyosho: 26.2
Xray 25.6
Proline: 26.9
Schumacher: 27.1
Losi: 27.3

Front (mm)
Xray: 23.33
Kyosho:25.6
