I've used some X-Ray rears but I didn't like the offset which didn't leave a great deal of room for the nut. I've also had to use Schumacher front wheels on my V3 which were fine. I'm not sure some other rears might work too well due to the V3 chunky rear axle which is great for strength.
I use PR wheels pretty much exclusively that way I have no issues
