My observation from the last couple of weeks is there is a lot of confusion regarding getting the track out (and back in).

As the carpet is now at the bottom of the garage, all the ramps and cages have to come out the garage first and be "dumped" outside whilst the carpet is moved in and laid by 1 or 2 people, whilst that is happening nothing can be moved in, until the carpet is down and taped. During this time everyone goes off to tinker or chat, then loose sight that the ramps etc need bringing in, leaving only a couple of people to move it.

Likewise putting it all away, the ramps, rostrum and cages are cleared then cannot be put away until the carpet is rolled, moved and stored, meaning the ramps etc all need double handling.

I think a re-arrange of the garage would help, so that all the elements come out and go back in the right order, although I appreciate that is difficult now with the weight of the carpets.

I also like the idea of having prepared plans for everyone to work to.

Again, just my observations.

cheers, Chris.
