I often find myself carrying stuff out the garage, dropping the carpet, taping it down and then getting out the way as I never know what to do. and when i do, do something it turns out to be wrong.

So having a few published plans, as suggested would give everyone a good idea as to what is required of them.
Before you can build the track, first you need to have enough people to help bring all the gear in.....instead of just standing around.........first priority is to get the carpet in.......then everything can be brought in after that.

Priority List.....

1, Carpet
2, Ropes and printer (cages)
3, Rostrum
4, Ramps and Jumps
?
?

Having an Idea on track layout will help more but its not rocket science......everyone knows what gear we bring in.....if more people were proactive and asked what needed doing then this will make it easier all round.....everyone will know what they are doing and needs doing to get the track built quicker......then before you know it were racing !!!

Too many people sit on the side lines just leaving everything for other people to do......simple as that.....if you dont know what to do, then ask......dont just stand/sit there and watch the same people over and over again building the track and putting the track away.

This is a club.....and a club only works when everyone works together !!!
