When I raced at Barley Mow, they had a selection of track designs that rotated every couple of weeks, even with laying carpet down it took less than 30 mins to set up. It might be an idea to produce some layouts ourselves so that people can see the track design for that night, that way we aren't relying on one person to design whilst everyone else watches on. people can crack on doing multiple parts of the track quite quickly then.
