Or you can skip getting a board and get the balance lead itself to fit like so by skimming off one if the little lugs on the plug making sure you get the polarity correct:

i already bought that board and it doesn't fit correctly, as you can see from the pic below the one on the right is the board cable, and it has a ridge all the way round it that stops it fitting properly

As Steven has pointed out, i guess this is because it the XHR board instead of the EHR one
