I used to have the Redworkshop Low Rider gearbox in my B5M, which made it better for carpet as already mentioned. After doing such a conversion, you will still have the plastic front end and B4-style steering geometry, which are no good for high-grip situations and therefore will no longer be found on AE's upcoming B6(D) platform. Some manufacturers just need a little longer, Shin Adachi had already incorporated a modern front end design in the Kyosho RB6.
