Thats either a wasp or mms layshaft, means car is permanent 4wd. I really doubt that would be up to the job now but Alcyon sells a machined layshaft which works well. With that you can fit an Associated B4 or VTS slipper clutch making the car much easier to drive, was a lot of fun testing and redesigning. Youll need a tensioner on the rear belt and one on the front helps a bit, fibrelyte sell my L brace with the tensioner slot for the tensioner. Fibrelyte in my name tag below does all flat bits, plus upgrades etc so have a look, also they still do the tub chassis, including my design. Kamtec also in my link below if buying the tub can buy the Tomcat shell that looks much better than the zx and r shells or the zxs shell and undertray which is also stunning and was used on this car before the zxs was brought out for testing. Fyi the shells are much stronger than originals. Motor mount is mms and a worthy investment and a geat heat dissapating and i use one.
