When the Cougar mk1 was released it came in two specs,

1. Complete kit Cougar mk1.

2. Upgrade kit.

This was a front end conversion. Came with wishbones, front tower all the parts for the cougar mk1 front end. Cost was 29.99 back then.

So yours could be a converted Top Cat.
