I'm no expert, but I know some motors give a Kv value rather than a motor turn. The Kv is the ratio of rpm at a certain voltage I think (my understanding therefore is you multiply the Kv by the voltage running at (8.4v for a 2s lipo) and this gives you the max rpm.
I am happy to be shot down or corrected by those really in the know however
Not sure how to convert between turns and Kv, but the higher the Kv the higher the top speed but the lower the torque (so slower acceleration), likewise the lower the turn, faster the motor, the lower the torque
