If you are unable to make an event can you let Eric know asap please. We have said no notice and no shows will be put on the reserve list for the following meeting. All I'm/we are asking is for some consideration please we fully understand things happen with no notice but with today's technology its easy to contact some body to pass a message on this will give us/somebody else the chance to join in.
