I think most people advise having the rear "Arms" level, the front arms aswell.
I usually size up the track and the bigger the jumps and ruts, the higher my ride hight. If the track is fairly smooth, I will try to keep the buggy as low as possible.
Sometimes I also loose track with all the advise received from fellow racers.
The one thing always remains, You will adjust your car untill you feel happy with it and you tend to stick to the settings that make YOU complete the track/ lap in the quickest time possible.
Something I also try to keep in mind, if one end of the car feels more loose than the other, I will lower the end that feels loose/ has the least amount of traction.
