I found you have to add limiters in the socks to get the desired ride height whilst keeping the car stiff

I use 1.7mm / 40wt / YAS-675-Blk Spring up front & 1.6 / 32.5wt / AE Grey on the rear with 5mm limiters in both

Below is a link to my full setup which I use on carpet and when running on Astro I would soften up the suspension dependant on how bumpy the astro is.

I found its also essential to re-fill the gear diff every two races as it just disappears, this prevents the car spinning out / over rotating on the corners (10 - 15K) dependant on the grip levels. Reduce the steering to 82% also.
