Very effective in reducing grip roll. as it restricts the physical amount that the car will lean/tilt left or right when in a turn. The restriction on the shock travel also tends to increase the rate at which the car changes direction. The loss of the droop and limited shock travel can however allow the car to 'bottom out' off large jumps, so you'll have to try different settings.
