All depends what you want and what difference you realistically think it'll make to your results.
If you have the funds, then get the YZ-4 and be happy. If not, and you're not a highly capable driver, then stick with the BMAX4iii until you can either afford the new release or you think it will make a real difference to your results.
The cream always rises to the top anyway.
