Everybody has to start somewhere and at 16 the only thing you can legally ride or drive is a moped or a tractor. I can't see why that makes them parasites?
I couldn't agree more about the old codgers, they should have to take a re-test at 70 to keep their licence & every 5 years after that. The worst part is they're probably the biggest growing age group on the road, god help us!
