Not had too much experience in the wet at Batley  but for the rear I have some Ballistic Buggy mini spikes (Green compound)

I eagerly bought some BB greens a year ago as I was told they'd be good for the wet. But never had to use them yet. Except once accidentally at Cullingworth. I can categorically confirm that BB greens are useless indoors at Cully.
